ServeScore collects only what is needed to review and moderate reports.

The platform is designed to publish useful scorecard information without exposing private contact details or unnecessary personal information.

Information submitted

Account holders may submit names, email addresses, account type, company affiliation, company names, ratings, job details, payment timing, written feedback, and follow-up details for moderation questions.

What becomes public

Approved scorecards may show ratings, job context, what went well, and what needed attention. Account emails, follow-up emails, claim verification notes, and moderation notes are not public.

Company submissions

Company representatives may submit a public reply or correction request. Contact emails and company claim details are used to verify and clarify the submission, not displayed publicly.

Safety and spam prevention

ServeScore may use basic technical signals to detect duplicates, spam, and automated submissions while avoiding public display of those signals.
