Review guidelines

Good scorecards come from specific, balanced field reports.

ServeScore accepts reports that help another process server decide whether a company is reliable, communicative, and fair to work with.

Speak for yourself

Reviews are independent submissions. Your report should reflect your own experience, not the views of ServeScore, another reviewer, or the company being reviewed.

Write from first-hand work

Submit only jobs you personally handled. Include the job type, payment timing, communication quality, and service details you directly experienced.

Include both sides

A useful report explains what went well and what needed attention. This keeps strong companies visible without hiding real problems.

Keep private details out

Do not include home addresses, personal phone numbers, case parties, private client information, or anything unrelated to the work relationship.

Reports may need edits

If a report is useful but needs clearer facts, moderation may hold it for edits instead of rejecting it outright.
